ACT For Mpowerment supports livelihood development by enabling women to earn with skills.

Goal

ACT For Mpowerment focuses on helping individuals build sustainable livelihoods. Through structured training and small-scale enterprise support, participants are encouraged to become financially independent.

The Mohanpur Skills Project in Jharkhand provides textile-based training and production opportunities. With expanded facilities and improved equipment, the centre has increased its capacity to support more women.

Under this initiative, women have executed bulk orders including masks, chanting pouches and embroidered products. Additional machines were introduced to improve productivity and quality.

Project Transform was launched to create sustainable, reusable bags from discarded flex and banners, combining income generation with waste reduction.

Vision

ACT For Mpowerment is built on the belief that economic stability strengthens families and communities. The initiative promotes self-reliance instead of dependency.

By equipping individuals with practical skills, access to orders and structured workspaces, the aim is to create consistent income streams rather than temporary support.

The effort remains focused on dignity, accountability and long-term sustainability.
